This policy applies to consumer health data, as defined by laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act and the Nevada consumer health data law, that THE SPACE EMPIRE LLC collects outside of HIPAA. Effective October 1, 2026.
Data we collect
The product or health goal you are interested in, and information you choose to share with us when contacting support.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, provide the products you ask for, and operate our service. We do not sell consumer health data.
Sharing
With service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and with licensed providers when you start a visit.
Your rights
You can confirm whether we collect your consumer health data, access it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent. We respond within 45 days.
