This policy explains how THE SPACE EMPIRE LLC, doing business as Inner Space Health, collects and uses information. Effective October 1, 2026.
Health information and HIPAA
Health information you provide during your medical intake is sent to a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and handled by your licensed providers as protected health information. Our own website systems store only your contact details, the product you asked about, your order and timestamps. We do not store your medical answers in our website database, and we never use them for advertising. See our Notice of Privacy Practices for your HIPAA rights.
Information we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone, shipping address), order details, communications with us, and basic technical data such as device and browser type. Non-essential cookies are used only if you accept them.
How we use it
To provide and ship your order, connect you with a licensed provider, send service messages, respond to you, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. With your separate consent, we may send marketing emails or text messages.
Sharing
We share information with licensed providers, licensed pharmacy partners, payment processors and service providers who need it to deliver your care and orders, under contracts that protect it. We do not sell your personal or health information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and opt out of marketing at any time. Residents of some states have additional rights described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Medical records are kept by the telehealth platform as required by law.
