Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Inner Space Health website and services operated by THE SPACE EMPIRE LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. Effective October 1, 2026.

Not emergency care

Our services are not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Telehealth services

Care is provided by independent, U.S.-licensed providers (nurse practitioners and physician assistants) working with a supervising physician.

THE SPACE EMPIRE LLC provides the technology and administrative services that connect you with independent licensed providers. THE SPACE EMPIRE LLC does not practice medicine. Your provider decides, in their independent professional judgment, whether any treatment is appropriate.

Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacy partners and shipped directly to you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state we serve at the time of your visit. You agree to give complete and truthful health information.

Orders, billing and renewals

By placing your order you authorize THE SPACE EMPIRE LLC to charge your payment method for the plan you selected, and again at the start of each renewal period at the same plan price, until you cancel. Prescription items are authorized only, and charged only if a licensed provider approves treatment; if not approved, the authorization is released. You can cancel any time before your next renewal by contacting us through the Contact page.

If a licensed provider determines treatment isn't right for you, you're not charged and nothing ships.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to access other people's information, or obtain medication for anyone other than yourself.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. Individual results vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
