You choose a 1, 3, 6-month plan, paid upfront for that period. Your plan renews at the same price until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next renewal.

If a licensed provider determines treatment isn't right for you, you're not charged and nothing ships. Your payment is authorized at checkout and charged only if a licensed provider approves treatment.
